Arcetyp LLC is a growing small business that provides a broad range of consulting services to US Federal Government, US Military, and Commercial clients. Services include Management & IT Consulting, Program & Project Management, and Professional & Admin Services. We are recruiting to fill a position to lead business development activities for a small government contracting firm focused on IT Services and Cyber Security for clients in Civil and DoD markets.

Arcetyp LLC is looking for an experienced NGB Legislative Liaison Support Project Manager. This role will be responsible for performing the following tasks:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the oversight and guidance for all contracting personnel assigned to the TO, performance of work, TO compliance and quality control on a full-time basis.
EDUCATION AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited US based university
- Five years’ experience in project management
REQUIRED SKILLS/CERTIFICATIONS:
- Leadership experience managing at the HQDA (or equivalent other Service Headquarters or DoD level) including ability to effectively brief (oral and written) senior leaders as necessary.
- Secret security clearance required
- Experience which demonstrates a high level of understanding of the congressional budget and appropriations process, and familiarity with the President’s budget, to include analyzing appropriations tables and justification books
- Experience analyzing and tracking the annual National Defense Authorization Act, Appropriations Act and Military Construction appropriations
- Experience that demonstrates understanding of congressional committee process and procedures to include mark-ups, hearings and nominations
- Experience with DoD policy development, program process and program execution
- Understanding of DoD legislative and ULB process
