The Web Developer also supports a Sponsor led Customer Engagement Team (CET) focusing on formalizing customer outreach and communication, identifying growth opportunities, and assessing department impact.Develop a new Sponsor website design for Talkabout and SharePoint sitesDesign includes a development, testing, and implementation plans in compliance with the Sponsor technical standards and policies and the latest User Experience and Accessibility standards and aligns with the Sponsor's Customer Engagement StrategyCreate metrics functions for monitoring and collecting data regarding usage and performanceCreate an implementation plan for the new website including the retirement of the current websiteMeet regularly with stakeholders and managers to review business and functional requirements and to determine project scopes and specificationsMake small edits requested by customers, develop plans for completing largerQualificationsRequired : Must possess and be able to maintain a TS / SCI with polygraph clearanceA bachelor's degree in systems engineering, computer science, computer information systems, or computer engineeringEight (8) to 10 (ten) years of relevant experience.Five (5) years of experience of website developmentStrong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationshipsHigh level of creativity and innovative design skillsAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong organizational and project management skillsAbility to work independently or collaboratively and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environmentExperience in planning and developing websites across multiple products and organizationsDesired : Experience with SharePoint and Word PressExperience developing web pages on IntelinkEqual Pay ActThis is the projected compensation range for this position.
