Responsibilities

This position is for Strategic Technology Consulting (STC), an Arcfield Company.

Considered a recognized authority within the Company. Works on unusually complex technical problems and provides solutions which are highly innovative. Determines and pursues courses of action necessary to obtain desired results. Bachelor's (or equivalent) with 10 - 12 years of experience or a Master's with 8 - 10 years of experience. Serves as an engineering consultant and technical expert on mission-critical infrastructure, systems, and equipment. Applies professional knowledge of scientific and engineering concepts. principals, phenomena and relationships to : assess specific requirements, delineate appropriately engineered designs, and develop preliminary and final design plans, engineering specifications, cost estimates and procurement packages in support of the operation, preventive maintenance and repair of mechanical. electrical, plumbing, utility and mission critical systems and equipment. Specifies functional requirements, designs and tests components, analyzes designs, and integrates components.

The ideal candidate will possess detailed knowledge of industry best practices and design standards as it relates to digital engineering and systems engineering utilizing formalized modeling. Knowledge of additional frameworks, standards, and communities of practice is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
• Experience with one or more of the following :

Dassault Systemes Cameo Systems Modeler and / or Cameo Enterprise Architect

This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary / hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, Arcfield invests in its employees beyond just compensation.
