What are the responsibilities and job description for the Model Based Systems Engineering SME position at Arcfield?
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage system requirements throughout their lifecycle.
- Utilize model-based systems engineering (MBSE) tools to define system architectures.
- Identify program requirements, track performance metrics, and manage the systems engineering process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of systems engineering efforts.
- Perform requirements verification and compliance assessments to support major design reviews.
- Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision, navigate at the expert level with system modeling tools and are familiar with developing behavioral, structural, and parametric models
- Proactive individual who can quickly come up to speed on new technologies and work collaboratively with system domain SMEs, peers, managers, and customers
- Inquisitive and motivated with sound Systems Engineering and SYSML modeling capabilities

- Dassault Systemes Cameo Systems Modeler and/or Cameo Enterprise Architect
- SYSML
- UAF
- OOSEM
- Possesse and maintian a Secret Clearance
