Responsibilities
The Project Integrator / Executive Officer (EXO) provides direct support to the Center’s Front Office Director and Deputy Director, COO, and Chief of Staff, and works closely with the Executive Assistants and oth er EXOs to support the customer’s operations-centric cyber mission. The project integrator serves as a trusted advisor to the Front Office Director and Deputy Director and COO, responsible for managing the Staff’s check-in / check-out process, space management and utilization across multiple locations , and assisting the Chief of Staff with special projects and initiatives. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :
- Direct support / assistance to the Director, Deputy Director, and COO for the Center, including schedule management and deconfliction
- Coordination of meetings and collecting / providing background and preparation information, as needed, for Senior Leadership
- Management of taskings / actions assigned to and by the Front Office to ensure complete, coordinated, and timely responses
- Preparation and coordination of presentations / briefings on a wide range of topics for a variety of audiences
- Management of space allocation / utilization across multiple locations for the Director, Deputy Director, and COO for the Center
- Management of Director, Deputy Director, and COO for Center personnel arrival / departure processes and procedures via ServiceNow, and other business process workflows, as necessary
- Management of Director, Deputy Director, and COO for Center team travel, to include : deconfliction of schedules, coordination with the field and sending itinerary cables to the field
- Support to Chief of Staff and Executive Assistants, as required for special projects and activities
- Gather information to create and coordinate way-forward documentation on near-term of future Group-level projects and activities
