Responsibilities
Arcfield is looking for a Project Integrator (PI) to join our team to support to ensure that peer-reviewed publications resulting from Sponsor-funded research are made available to the public. The PI uses government and open-source tools to search for, and collect publications and upload these publications onto a government storage platform chosen by the Sponsor for public dissemination. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Track and collect Sponsor’s research programs’ peer-reviewed publications resulting.
- Recommend and support updates to Sponsor’s Public Access for scientific publications.
- Conduct and document open-source searches for Sponsor-funded research publications.
- Utilize the Defense Technical Information Cetner (DTIC) publication library system uploading Sponsor publications, so they are fully available to the public, based on copyright laws, after receiving Government approval.
- Support high-level summaries of technical publications across multiple technical disciplines.
- Maintain Sponsor’s database of publications collected and uploaded to the DTIC system.
Qualifications
- Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- BS 8-10, MS 6-8, PhD 3-5
- Experience or background with Federal PR.
- Demonstrated with external outreach and media relations.
- Experience with writing and releasing publications.
- Design experience with graphics and other visual data.
- Demonstrated social media content management and release.
- Previous experience supporting Senior-level outreach engagement strategies and packages.
- Prior experience producing a podcast.
Equal Pay Act
This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, Arcfield invests in its employees beyond just compensation.
