Responsibilities
Arcfield is growing and seeking a Systems Engineer Senior Technical Specialist to support the IT Property, Asset, and Application Portfolio for their customer's COMM Directorate. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to direct IT portfolio management, strategy development, governance and other corporate support activities to include enterprise support, office management, records management, event management, and continuity of operations. (Please note, an offer for this position will be contingent on an awarded contract.)
Key Responsibilities Include :
- Develop, deliver, and manage plans, processes, assessments, reports, and briefings supporting logistics, property management, asset management, application portfolio management, and capitalized property acquisitions activities.
- Develop, recommend, and implement business process improvements
- Perform Supply Chain Risk Management activities within acquisition, property, or asset management activities as required
- Conduct necessary activities for the efficient lifecycle management of the Corporate Product List
- Manage a software asset inventory for networks and Programs of Record (e.g., track, maintain, publish, account, etc.)
- Manage (e.g., document, track, maintain, deliver, account) Enterprise software license consumption and report metrics as required
- Develop, assess, recommend, and implement technical feedback and / or management approaches to developing requirements, licensing agreement terms and conditions, managing licensing contracts with vendors, managing software renewals, or other processes associated with IT Property, Asset, and Application Portfolio Management
- Support the purchase, use, and management (e.g. document, track, maintain, notify, cost, quote, etc.) of Enterprise License Agreements (ELAs) for all IT Property and Asset Management activities
- Use directed repositories, applications, and tools, to deliver and maintain a logical library framework, for business products, or program documents and other relevant artifacts associated with efficient IT property, asset, and application portfolio management
