Arch Amenities Group, the world's leading spa, fitness and leisure management firm, is seeking an Lifestyle Coordinator. The Lifestyle Coordinator will assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of the lifestyle programs and events for a master plan community. Programs and events include social events for families and adults, youth programs, fitness classes and large-scale marketing events. Responsibilities may include implementing training and scheduling staff; assisting with daily operations of the amenities, supervising the activities staff, ensuring the highest levels of customer service are attained; using the ability to lead and motivate staff to achieve goals and exceed guest expectations.
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures the “Arch Amenities Group Experience” for residents and prospective home buyers by maintaining the standards set in Arch Amenities Group Basics to Excellence (BTE), Arch Amenities Group Mission Statement/Values; Standards and Expectations, and Arch Amenities Group Brand Standards.
- Adheres to policies of the client/facility and Arch Amenities Group.
- Reports any incident or accident to the Lifestyle Director.
- Becomes knowledgeable about the community, its amenities, and services in order to effectively communicate with residents and prospective home buyers.
- Responsible for assisting in developing, creating, and implementing marketing materials and newsletter for distribution to residents.
- Assists with maintaining program supply inventory.
- Reports to the Lifestyle Director needs for purchasing equipment, inventory items, activity supplies on a timely basis.
- Follow all of the various written mandatory standards of operation, policies and procedures, manuals, memos, oral instructions; all of which make up the essential functions of the job.
- Responsible for obtaining registration forms and all release forms for all participants in programs where liability forms are needed.
- Assist in developing and implementing all lifestyle programs, classes and events.
- Assist with the management of facility rentals.
- Responsible for understanding the rules and guidelines for all aspects of the amenities.
- Reports on a regular basis to the Lifestyle Director on all issues concerning participants, parents, residents and guests in general.
- Will act as a manager on duty for some shifts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe area at all times.
- Responsible for maintaining open lines of communication and good rapport with residents.
- Responsible for supervising and assisting staff.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working programs and events in recreational setting is preferred.

- Must be CPR/First Aid Certified
