The Arch Amenities Group is seeking a highly skilled Esthetician to join our team. As a Luxury Spa Esthetician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering a wide range of cosmetic procedures including facials, waxing, and body treatments.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and provide personalized recommendations to guests.
- Ensure that all treatments are performed in accordance with established guidelines and protocols.
- Assess contraindications and take necessary precautions to prevent any adverse reactions.
- Work closely with the Spa Director and other management personnel to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest spa trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid state license in esthetics or other credentials required by the state
- Previous esthetic experience, preferably in a spa setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Working Conditions:
- This position requires standing for long periods, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds
