Guest Services Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated passionate, and enthusiastic Guest Service Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. As a Guest Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in guest relations and operational management.

Duties

• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the properties and its amenities.
• Manage front desk operations including check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, and services to assist guests effectively.
• Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, providing information or directing calls as necessary.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist in maintaining the front desk area in an organized and welcoming manner.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred.
• Familiarity with front desk operations and guest relations is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays and weekends as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
