Housekeeping staff needed for two new boutique hotels in Downtown Mankato, MN.
Arch Cable Hotel is a 20-room boutique hotel on the fourth floor of the Bridge Plaza building, and Hotel Alexander, is a 28-room boutique hotel located in the heart of Downtown Mankato.
Housekeeping staff report directly to the Assistant General Manager and typically work 10-20 hours per week. Staff rotate weekends and between both hotel locations.
Responsibilities:
- Room turnover between guest stays
- Turndown service of stay-over guests
- Laundry services of linens and towels
- High quality control of cleanliness and sanitizing rooms
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic
- Attention to detail
- Tidy/clean in nature with a passion for quality control
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must be able to bend/kneel/scrub all levels of surfaces
- Job may require work on a ladder (changing lightbulbs/light maintenance)
- Handle chemicals
- Computer literacy
