ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Maintain Service Award credits in LOSAP database. Receives all copies of bank and investment company statements and scans all statements in client files and maintains log of receipt of such statements. Responsible for the processing of all incoming and outgoing mail and scanning when necessary. Processing of change of Beneficiary designation forms for plan participants as needed. Answer and direct incoming calls. Assist in the coordination of office functions and events. Assist in mailing annual valuation reports to clients. Maintaining electronic and paper files of clients.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
May perform other duties as needed that relate to project type work within the office. Always present a professional demeanor. Willingness to help clients and other staff as needed.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
High School Diploma required, college degree preferred in business or other related discipline. 0-5 years of relevant experience. Ability to manage own workflow. Ability to work independently. Strong team player. Time-management and organizational skills are a must. Experience in a windows-based environment utilizing Word, Excel and Outlook. Ability to meet office deadlines. The ability to prioritize and reprioritize work as needed.
For individuals assigned or hired to work in the location(s) indicated below, the base salary range is provided. Range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible.
$42,000 - $55,000/year
- Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs. The above pay range may be modified in the future.
