Responsibilities and Requirements of the Dental Insurance Coordinator :
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Dental Insurance Coordinator or similar role
Verify insurance benefits and coverage for patients
Coordinate with patients and insurance companies to resolve any issues
Prepare and submit insurance claims for reimbursement
Follow up on claims to ensure timely payment
Maintain accurate and organized insurance records
Familiarity with Eaglesoft software or other dental practice management software
Strong understanding of dental insurance policies and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment
