We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative Dispatcher - (Overnight) to join our growing team. This critical role involves ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, managing deliveries, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and drivers. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be confident when communicating with both clients and team members.

This full-time position offers a competitive base salary of $43,000–$58,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package. It requires flexibility, including potential weekend rotations, and follows a 10-hour overnight shift schedule from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative Dispatcher - (Overnight) include:

• Answering incoming phone calls from customers and drivers, ensuring prompt and professional communication;
• Managing daily dispatching tasks, including routing drivers, assigning deliveries, and monitoring progress to ensure timely and efficient service;
• Acting as a problem-solver for delivery and driver-related issues, escalating concerns when necessary;
• Staying informed about daily schedules, deliveries, and dispatch board activities to address issues effectively;
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and drivers by providing exceptional service;
• Assisting with incoming customer inquiries and supporting operational needs as delegated by management.

Requirements for the Customer Service Representative Dispatcher - (Overnight) include:

• 2 years of customer service experience, including logistics or dispatching experience;
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities;
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency with computer systems, including Google Docs and spreadsheets;
• A positive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team environment;
• Resilience and flexibility, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
