What are the responsibilities and job description for the Deburring Technician position at ARCH Global Precision company?
As a Deburring Technician you will be an integral part of the finishing operations for machined parts.
What you'll do
- This position removes burrs using hand tools, grinders, as well as some abrasive materials according to vendor specifications
- Meticulously deburrs, smooths roughness and polishes product per vendor specs
- Cleans interior surfaces of holes.
- Knowledge of hand tools such as calipers, micrometers, etc
- Requires repetitive manipulation of small parts.
- Will be crossed trained to work at different workstations in production as needed (such as bench assembly)
- Frequently will use a microscope and a variety of hand tools to assemble and finish the machines parts.
- Follows safety procedures accordingly.
