What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC MACHINE REPAIR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN position at ARCH Global Precision?
Hands-on maintenance technician who would be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing computer numerically controlled (CNC) machinery. You would perform preventative maintenance (PM) on a monthly and semi-annual basis to ensure optimal functionality of our CNC equipment. Use your knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to maintain optimum production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Preventative Maintenance : conducting routine inspections and servicing CNC machines to prevent breakdowns, including cleaning, lubrication and checking critical components.
- Troubleshooting and Repair : Diagnosing malfunctions on CNC machine, analyzing error codes, examining mechanical components, electrical circuits and identifying root cause issues.
- Part replacement : Disassembling CNC machines to access faulty parts, replacing work and damaged components.
- Electrical and hydraulic systems : Troubleshooting and repairing electrical wiring, controls panels, hydraulic systems and pneumatic components on CNC machines.
- Machine alignment and calibration : Ensure accuracy, aligning and calibrating CNC machines.
