Arch Insurance Solutions, a business unit of Arch Capital Group, is searching for a Claims Administrator to support its rapidly growing travel insurance business. The Claims Administrator is the primary point of contact for Arch’s travel insurance customers during the claim process. Once a claim is submitted, the Claims Administrator reviews the claim, works with the claimant to make sure all necessary documents have been provided and prepares the claim for adjudication by a Claims Examiner.

Job Responsibilities:
- Work with customers during the lifecycle of a claim as the “Voice of Arch”
- Help customers understand the claims process by phone or email
- Review claim documentation and ensure all necessary documents have been submitted
- Follow up with customers or travel agents for missing documentation
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communications skills to facilitate effective communication with customers
- Must enjoy and be successful in a fast-paced, high growth environment
- Proficiency using computer and general business applications (e.g. Microsoft Office suite) is assumed
- Demonstrated ability to learn new software
- Bachelor’s Degree
