We are looking for a responsible Front Office Administrative Assistant who will be in charge of our reception area٫ acting as the company's ‘face’ and ensuring visitors are properly welcomed. Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Manage various aspects, including administrative tasks, office logistics, and employee support, acting as a key link between executive management and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of office operations, including facilities, supplies, and equipment.
- Handle a wide range of administrative duties, such as scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence management.
- Provide administrative support to employees, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to office operations.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ordering and stocking as needed.
- Coordinate with facility management vendors, including cleaning, maintenance, and security.
- Plan and coordinate in-office and off-site events, such as meetings, conferences, and celebrations.
- Assist in managing the office budget, including tracking expenses and preparing reports.
- Assist with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
- Serve as a central point for internal communications, ensuring team alignment and effective collaboration.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to streamline office workflows and procedures.
