Positional Duties

• Manage data connections and data warehousing to create consistent consolidated datasets for AMS across multiple different input sets.
• Create standard processes for data reconciliation and accuracy, whether working in a test environment or production environment.
• Design, develop reports, dashboards, scorecards and metrics to interpret and transform data into useful and actionable information to measure business performance and identify growth opportunities
• Improve sophistication of the digital platform to be competitive with modern and progressive content delivery platforms
• Become a subject matter expert and work hand in hand with business unit users to create meaningful analysis, to drive improved customer experience within the organization.
• Create or develop content “ROI” (return on investment) analysis metrics to best understand the most impactful content provided to business users and areas where content is either not properly used or not impactful enough.
• Develop training content for business users on use of BI Dashboards and datasets to improve user productivity
• Perform complex analyses involving diverse data sources that require considerable integration and reconciliation to assist in strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and the discovery of new, valuable insights including predictive recommendations.
• Work the ERP team to develop improvements in data acquisition, data analysis and reporting within the various ERP systems

Skills, Experiences, and Training

• Strong experience with design and development in business intelligence applications and software languages including:
  • Core Competencies: JSON, Python, Domo Magic ETL, SQL, and PowerBI. Ability to understand functions and write data flows.
  • Familiarity with: Tableau, VBA, Looker, C , Big Query, LINQ
  • Willingness to learn: IOT, LLM, API Design, and AI Agent building
• Ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple manner.
• Have well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to synthesize large amounts of information, as well as diverse sets of structured and unstructured datasets.
• Ability to interpret data, spot trends, draw conclusions and makes recommendations working independently with limited oversight. High standard of accuracy with statistical data.
• Expertise in working in test and sandbox environments and creating repeatable processes for validating data accuracy.
• Knowledge to create dashboards and reports that provide ongoing insight to business stakeholders who are not as familiar with data analysis
• Effective with communication, business partnering, and presenting to all levels of organization.
• Experience in manufacturing and machining is beneficial.
• Experience in Epicor, JobBoss or Visual ERP systems beneficial
• Minimum 1-4 years of work experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Mathematics
