Summary

- Operate various CNC Grinders and manual Grinding Machines
- Troubleshoot any issues that come through your department
- Set up, operate, and maintain various grinding machines, surface grinding, OD, Bryant ID griding, etc.
- Supervise and train as needed - escalating serious situations to the Plant Supervisor
- Work as a leader in your department to champion projects and questions
- Report various metrics as needed
- Be a "coach" for your group while also working as an all-star CNC Grinder taking on complicated but rewarding work.

Education and/or Experience
- Equivalent to high school education or related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- May be required to have experience in OD/ID Grinders, surface grinders, centerless grinders, etc.
