Summary
Performs part and quality document reviews in accordance with established procedures.
Pay Range: $25-30/hour, depending upon experience.

Primary Responsibilities
- Reviews, files, and maintains quality documentation.
- Prepares all final paperwork for record retention and customer documentation.
- Scans Records into ERP by job.
- Helps develop and create job folders.
- Performs FAIRS and final inspections.
- Prepares customer critical dimension paperwork.
- Creates digital Certificate of Compliance for customers through their portals.
- Creates customer certification packets.
- Hand measurement of parts as it pertains to final inspection
- Assists with audit preparation
- Responsible for assuring that assigned activities are performed in accordance with the Quality Management System.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- The ability to use manual quality hand tools (micrometer, pin gage, gage plugs, drop indicator, etc.)
- Ability to read and understand blueprints including GD&T tolerancing
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident, due to contractual requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with FDA (CFR 820) Quality System Regulations, ISO 13485 and AS9100 Standards.
Reasoning Ability
• Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to self-start problem solve with minimal direction.
Computer Skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with data entry into an ERP system (Epicor a plus)
