Summary

• Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment by performing the following duties.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Ship product to stock, jobs, customers utilizing PLM system.
• Package assembled parts for shipping to preserve part quality.
• Receives product deliveries from vendors/suppliers and delivers to appropriate personnel.
• Process paperwork per requirements.
• Assist manufacturing with paperwork and E2 updates, as needed.
• Coordinate expedited freight and/or non-standard pickup/drop-off.
• Reviews all shipping documentation for accuracy and correctness.
• Understands and performs all duties with a strict adherence to Good Documentation Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Operate within a FDA compliant Quality Management System.
• Data entry into PLM system (E2).
• Adhere to all applicable environmental, health, and safety policies.
• May assists secondary ops in prioritizing work for various departments in keeping with production schedule requirements.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned

• Ability to use basic MS Office applications

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills

• Microsoft Office knowledge
