Job Title: Data Analyst

Job Location: Tullahoma, TN

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources in preparation for analysis.
• Develop and implement strategies to analyze acquired data using statistical modeling techniques, machine learning algorithms, or other analytical tools as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop solutions based on the insights derived from data analysis.
• Create visualizations, reports, and presentations that effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
• Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends in the company's data to identify areas for improvement or potential opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and new analytical methodologies that can be applied to improve our business operations.
• Assist in the development of predictive models and algorithms to support decision making processes across various departments.
• Collaborate with data engineers and IT staff on database management tasks as needed.
• Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations at all times.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts or interns within the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field; advanced degrees are preferred but not required.
• Proven experience working as a Data Analyst or similar role (minimum 3 years).
• Strong proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, Excel, and Tableau.
• Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques, predictive analytics, and business intelligence concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and an aptitude for working with large datasets.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
