Administrative Team Leader RN - Surgery
Education Requirements:
Graduate of a school of Professional Nursing
Licensed by the Georgia Board of Nursing
Current certification in BLS
ACLS preferred
Experience:
1 year experience preferred
Required Skills:
Must use holistic approach to nursing care
Must demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
Must demonstrate competency in basic nursing skills
Must possess the ability to learn basic computer skills
May seek advancement in the clinical area by meeting approved educational degrees, educational certifications or national certification
Utilizing the nursing process in administering care to patients; pediatric adolescent, adult, and geriatric
Maintains a safe environment for patients, co-workers, and self
Demonstrates effective leadership, organizational skills and work habits
Functions as administrative team leader
