Assistant to Vice President - IS Desktop Support
Responsibilities
Demonstrates excellence in responsibility, dependability and flexibility
Demonstrates excellent productivity
Demonstrates commitment to quality improvement
Provides administrative support to Vice President/CIO of Information Services department
Maintains organization, planning and support
Effective oral and written communication skills
Numerical skills to make accurate computations
Clerical perception to maintain detail and accuracy of recorded data
Must possess good management skills in order to plan, organize, direct and control effectively
Must exhibit excellent interpersonal skills
Exhibits ability to remain calm and function effectively in a demanding, change environment
Must exhibit time-management and organizational skills
Pays strict attention to accuracy and detail
Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality at all times
Able to work independently
Experience/Education
High school diploma or GED Required
Preferred Technical School, Secretarial Course, Or Related Experience
Sufficient previous office experience required
Preferred Some Supervisory Experience
Previous experience in Microsoft Office products required
