Director of Volunteer Services- Volunteer Services
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with suggested major in the behavioral sciences including management.
At least two years' experience in supervisory capacity or extensive hospital volunteer organization work.
Knowledge and ability to plan, organize, manage and staff the Volunteer Services department. Ability to coordinate and implement the use of volunteers hospital wide. Effective written and verbal skills. Effective interpersonal relationships skills to establish and maintain relationships with other health-care professionals, employees, outside agencies, and the public.
