Finance Director- AMG Support
Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation and an advanced degree (e.g. MBA/MHA) are strongly preferred.
Extensive financial management experience from holding leadership positions for practices with greater than 15 physicians, preferably in a medical group environment.
Responsibilities:
Managing and supporting payor contracting, physician compensation plans, incentive strategies and physician practice reporting. An understanding of physician billing and financial accounting.
