Lead Systems Anaylst - EMR/EPM
Description:
Troubleshoots, analyzes and solves complex problems, provides guidance and instruction to customers, verbal and written communication is clear and concise, interacts with customers of different levels of expertise as well as the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users. Manages multiple core systems, manages multiple non-core systems.
Manages applications and software: Installs, configures, designs and provides support for applications and software assigned; provides user training as required; perform preventative and ongoing maintenance and enhancements for applications.
Leads or Assists with system administration, system security, system configuration, issue resolution, data mining, testing activities and project implementations under the direction of IS Leadership and Project Manager.
Provides Application and software upgrades to ensure most effective use of computer application for users.
Maintains knowledge and awareness of advances and development in computer technology.
Demonstrates a proficient understanding of project management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize high priority tasks, projects simultaneously. Leads any size project along with developing and maintaining project plans and making formal presentations to project team, business owners and stakeholders on accomplishments, issues and solution alternatives.
Assists with Accounts Management.
Perform annual and 6-month evaluations for direct reports. Provide direct and candid feedback based on examples and discussions that were a part of the prior year accomplishments and/or shortcomings. Ensure all employees are provided their review on time.
Acts as a mentor and provides direction to SAI, SAII, and SAIII.
Functions as Service Desk support personnel as needed.
Performs Workflow Assessments for new Hardware and Software requests.
