Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
The Director of Staffing is responsible for providing overall leadership to a team of recruiters and staffing coordinators. In this role, you will manage the full life cycle of recruiting projects from sourcing candidates to ensuring a seamless onboarding process. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with facilities, understanding their unique staffing needs, and delivering talent solutions that align with their strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures that follow NY State Requirements.
- Management and development of staff to execute best practices in building client relationships and recruiting passive candidates in the market.
- Manage client expectations and provide regular updates on recruitment progress, ensuring open lines of communication and a consultative approach.
- Place candidates on Permanent, Temporary, Temporary to Permanent, and Contract/Project opportunities.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience running a healthcare staffing agency in NY state.
- Three years’ experience in a recruiting role; healthcare setting preferred.
- Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Salary
Salary: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
