This is a full-time HR Manager role located in Bronx, NY. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience in healthcare industry HR is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Salary : $90,000 - $95,500
