Responsibilities
The Staff Accountant is responsible for preparing and entering journal entries to the general ledger, assist with bank reconciliations, cash deposit schedules and account analyses.
- Prepares journal entries.
- Enter journal entries into the general ledger.
- Maintain cash deposit records.
- Prepare journal entries for cash deposits.
- Reconcile accounts as requested.
- Maintain supporting schedules.
- Generate computer reports as needed.
- Maintains accurate electronic and paper files.
- Prepares all bank reconciliations and coordinate with bank services.
- Other duties and special projects as needed.

Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
Experience Requirements:
- 2 years accounting / bookkeeping experience
Salary
Salary: $61,825.35-$77,281.69 annually
