This position ensures that all community events and facility usage are efficiently scheduled, preventing conflicts and ensuring smooth coordination. They also oversee the details of all events and facilities’ needs to ensure agreements are signed, building access is coordinated and communication is sent to all parties involved. Prospective candidate must have excellent people skills, be able to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment and must be able to work well with staff and various demographic groups. Prospective candidate must also have excellent skills in organization, forethought and communication as well as strong computer proficiencies in Microsoft Office 365, electronic calendar and database software.
