The Director of Enterprise Applications will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of all enterprise applications within the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring that each application adheres to consistent standards for security, authentication, and integration. The Director will manage a team of application administrators, providing strategic direction and support to ensure effective and secure operation of all enterprise applications.

This position has an annualized salary range of $147,000 - $235,000. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on many factors including but not limited to: relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and organizational needs.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of application administrators, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for enterprise application management in alignment with organizational goals.
- Ensure all enterprise applications comply with security policies and industry standards and regulations.
- Oversee the integration of new technologies and ensure the seamless operation of existing systems.
- Preferred 10 years of experience in IT, with 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications in a developer or administrator role.
- Strong knowledge of application design, configuration, security, authentication, and integration best practices.
- Proven experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a relevant field, preferred
