What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Director position at Archdiocese of Chicago?
We are looking for a candidate to join one of our Chicago Catholic Parishes as the Operations Director. In this role, you will report to the pastor with a dotted line to the Vicariate Team. You will serve as a professional administrator and strategic leader working directly with the Pastor and the parish staff to operate a successful and financially sound parish. Key areas of focus will be financial management, support for the parish school, facilities management, human resources, fundraising and other special projects. The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree, relevant experience in business or the not for profit sector, strong analytical and communications skills, along with a passion for the Catholic Church.
