Salary Range: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 Salary/year
Description
Our Lady of Fatima Catholic School in Lakewood, CO is seeking a part time PK-8 Music Teacher. This teacher would be responsible for instructing students in Music, with one to two classes per week for each grade. This teacher would also be responsible for creating, organizing, and directing our K-8 Christmas and Spring Concerts as well as an 8th grade performance each Spring. We follow the Archdiocese of Denver curriculum standards which can be accessed at www.denvercatholicschools.com.
Salary is based on years of experience and degrees earned.

Candidates must:
- Be willing to support students in living and deepening their Catholic faith
- Be open to growth and have enthusiasm for learning
- Be willing to be a member of a collaborative team of teachers in a Professional Learning Community
- Teach and support the educational goals and objectives of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic School and the mission of the Catholic Church
- Have content-area knowledge in music
Teacher candidates should:
- Have strong organizational skills, understand the behavioral, emotional, and cognitive needs of elementary school students
- Have knowledge of instructional practices and pedagogy
- Have effective classroom management skills
- Have or be willing/able to obtain a valid Colorado Teaching License with appropriate endorsements.
Salary : $25,000 - $35,000
