Position: Children’s Sacrament Preparation Coordinator
Hours & Pay: $20-$25/hour; typically, 30-35 hours/week. Expected to work some weeknights and weekends.

St. Thomas More Parish is a vibrant and welcoming community dedicated to nurturing the spiritual growth of our youngest members. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Children's Sacrament Coordinator to join our team.
Requirements:- Be a fully initiated Catholic in communion with the Catholic Church and intentionally living out the five precepts of the Church (CCC 2041-2043).
- Refrain from promotion or approval of, or the living out of, any conduct or lifestyle that would reflect discredit or disgrace on, or cause scandal in relationship to, the Archdiocese of Denver, or considered to be in contradiction with Catholic doctrine or morals.
- Experience in administrative and teaching work.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Catholic sacraments and religious education is preferred. Degree in Education, and/or Theology, or a related field preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule classes for the Sacrament Preparation Program.
- Direct the First Reconciliation Sacrament for children and oversee the planning and execution of First Communion/Confirmation Masses, also known as Restored Order.
- Maintain records of student progress and sacrament completion.
- Recruit, train, and manage volunteers to assist with the program.
