Key Responsibilities
- Email Marketing & Campaign Management: Execute and optimize email campaigns using platforms like HubSpot and Mailchimp while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Content Creation & Copywriting: Craft and optimize engaging content for emails, websites, blogs, and social media, focusing on conversions and key performance metrics.
- SEO & Content Optimization: Implement SEO best practices and conduct research to refine content strategy and enhance visibility.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Track and analyze email metrics to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaboration & Strategy: Partner with cross-functional teams to develop mission-aligned content and support various initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- A practicing Catholic who aligns with the Church’s mission and values.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years in email marketing.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
- Analytics: Strong understanding of email metrics, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
- Writing Skills: Ability to craft, edit, and review engaging copy that converts.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic HTML/CSS skills for email formatting is a plus.
- Compliance: Knowledge of email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) is a plus
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
