NFP and Marriage Specialist
The Archdiocese of Denver is seeking an experienced and passionate leader to support our efforts to “equip leaders for the work of ministry” in the areas of natural family planning, marriage preparation and enrichment.

The Office of Evangelization and Family Life Ministries is commissioned to "provide pastoral equipping to current and emerging leaders”. This position plays a key role in crafting an updated vision for family ministry and transforming our marriage preparation programs to be effective in this apostolic age.

Position Overview:
Key Responsibility Areas
- Responsible, with the support of the Family Ministry Team, for developing, piloting, and promulgating a new model for marriage preparation across the Archdiocese of Denver.
- Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clergy and lay leaders who are responsible for marriage preparation and enrichment.
- Responsible for providing ongoing formation and coaching to leaders responsible for marriage preparation and enrichment.
- Responsible for supporting the continued expansion of Natural Family Planning formation within the Archdiocese of Denver.
Expectations for all team members in the Office of Evangelization and Family Life Ministries (EFLM):
- All EFLM team members are required to take a “solitude” day of prayer once per semester.
- All EFLM team members are expected to take seriously their responsibility to pray daily and continue to grow in their intimacy with God.
- All EFLM team members are expected to continue their own professional development through attending meaningful conferences, workshops, or retreats; and are expected to participate in ongoing formation meetings withing the EFLM department on a regular basis.

- Must be a practicing Catholic in good standing with the church and eager to carry out the mission of the Archdiocese.
- Alignment with the values and mission of the Catholic Church.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in Marriage Preparation and Natural Family Planning.
- Valid driver's license
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and timeliness.
- Ability to follow both written and oral instructions effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills for positive engagement across diverse groups.
- Excellent phone communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Zoom, Wrike, and other relevant applications.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
