Coordinator of Evangelical Charity for the One in the Spirit Family of Parishes
FULL-TIME SALARY POSITION
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS REQUIRED BY THIS JOB
- Provides support and assistance to the Director of Evangelical Charity (Director of EC) for the One in the Spirit Family of Parishes (the Family)
- Be the Director of EC’s substitute at meetings and events representing Evangelical Charity for the Family when the Director of EC is not available
- Assist the Director of EC with maintaining communication with support staff, other Evangelical Charity contacts, fraternal, and charitable organizations within the Family
- Assist the Director of EC with the coordination of Evangelical Charity special projects and events to include Holiday events and its respective volunteers, fraternal, and charitable organizations within the Family
- Be the first point of contact for all calls and walk-ins at the Evangelical Charity Outreach Center (St. Scholastica Parish)
- Responsible for maintaining a universal spreadsheet with names, contact information, services, and referrals
- Maintain updated call logs, assistance provided logs, and resources distributed
- Maintain the Director of EC schedule and appointments and the central office schedule
- Order and keep stock of all office supplies
- Coordinate with food pantries and their respective teams for the Family
- Schedule rooms for all events at the Evangelical Charity Outreach Center
- Other duties as assigned
