Job Summary

 The coach will work closely with the AD and other members of the coaching staff to create a positive and competitive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement practice plans that focus on skill development, team strategy, and conditioning
• Attend all games, practices, and team meetings
• Provide individual feedback and instruction to players to help them improve their skills
• Assist with scouting and game preparation
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other members of the coaching staff
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all players

Requirements

• Previous coaching experience, preferably at the high school level
• Strong knowledge of basketball fundamentals and strategy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire players
• Availability to attend all games, practices, and team meetings
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
