St. Clare of Montefalco Catholic School

OUR MISSION STATEMENT:
St. Clare of Montefalco Catholic School is a Gospel presence in our diverse community. We are dedicated to educating and empowering children of all faiths, by providing a quality Catholic education focused on faith, academics and lifelong service.
GENERAL INFORMATION
St. Clare of Montefalco is a private, Catholic elementary school whose diverse body is made up of a variety of religious, economic, and ethnic family backgrounds.
The faculty is a highly dedicated, motivated group which is keenly interested in providing an atmosphere which encourages each member to develop a sense of personal worth, academic excellence, and Christian responsibility.
St. Clare of Montefalco School is currently serving 16 children in the Pre-School and 103 students in grades K-8 with a staff of 12. The physical plant consists of two buildings with a large Gymnasium and three playgrounds.
Principal Desired Qualifications
A faith-filled practicing Catholic who will embrace and promote the Catholic identity of the school
Master’s Degree with a certificate in Educational Administration
K-12 teaching experience in Catholic schools - preferably 5 years
Possess a catechetical certificate or be willing to complete the coursework within one year of hire date.
Educational leadership experience
A relational, collaborative servant-leader who will connect joyfully and genuinely with all students, parents, colleagues, and other key stakeholders and is adept at building relationships
Adept at building and growing our school
A mentor who will recognize the critical role of all faculty and staff and celebrate their achievements in fulfilling the vital mission of the school
Proven skill in recruiting, supporting, developing, and motivating high-quality faculty and staff
Experience with critical areas of school leadership including development, enrollment management, school finances, program development, faculty, and staff support
Sustain relationships with current/future benefactors and partner organizations that provide support for the school
