Job Description : Ski Team Coach

Location : Orchard Lake, MI, 48324

Responsibilities

Develop and implement practice plans that focus on skill development, team strategy, and conditioning
Attend all meets, practices, and team meetings
Provide individual feedback and instruction to players to help them improve their skills
Communicate effectively with skiers, parents, and other members of the coaching staff
Ensure the safety and well-being of all players

Requirements

Previous coaching experience, preferably at the high school level

Strong knowledge of the sport

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to motivate and inspire players

Availability to attend all games, practices, and team meetings
