Reporting to the President of Northwest Catholic High School, the Director of Enrollment is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring a comprehensive enrollment management strategy and program for Northwest Catholic. The Director will have broad responsibility over all aspects of enrollment programming including domestic and international recruitment, admission processes, database management, and administrative resources.
Responsibilities and Expectations :
This position requires a uniquely qualified person, one who can build upon Northwest Catholic's vibrant legacy in the Greater Hartford area and Central Connecticut region, a person who can speak to and actively engage the next generation of families seeking an excellent and authentic Catholic education.
- Promote the integration of the school's Catholic mission and student excellence in all areas of school life.
- Recognize enrollment opportunities, develop strategies, and implement domestic and international student recruitment enhancements that serve the mission of the school.
- In collaboration with the school's Director of Marketing & Communications, develop and assess strategic marketing programs with respect to student enrollment.
- Develop and maintain a student enrollment stream and database that incorporates benchmarks, metrics, and uses appropriate data in growing the student enrollment base.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of enrollment personnel.
- Propose and manage an annual enrollment office budget.
- Construct and execute a calendar of admissions events that bring students and families to the Northwest Catholic campus, as well as, organizing off-campus engagements.
- Build strong relationships with constituencies, especially among Catholic elementary school communities, that motivates support of enrollment and retention best practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications :
