This role involves coordinating experiential learning activities, guest presenters, and off-campus visits while ensuring curriculum alignment and program effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Program Coordination
o Schedule and oversee guest presenters and off-campus experiences.
o Manage logistics for Mission Monday activities, including travel and safety.
o Build and maintain relationships with community partners
• Curriculum Oversight
o Collaborate with faculty to align curriculum with grade-level goals.
o Assist teachers with lesson planning and resource development.
• Administrative Leadership
o Participate in administrative meetings and contribute to program decisions.
o Collect and report data to evaluate program effectiveness.
o Ensure compliance with school policies related to student participation.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in education, administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Experience in educational programming, curriculum coordination, or event management
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
