What are the responsibilities and job description for the Donor Database & Administrative Specialist - Roncalli High School position at Archdiocese of Indianapolis?
Roncalli is seeking an administrative expert with excellent customer service and database management skills. The donor database and administrative specialist will have two strands of work in support of the school's mission:
1.) Provide critical office assistance to the advancement team and
2.)Manage and oversee the Raiser's Edge database
This position plays an important role in the school's frequent communications with donors and assisting with logistics for advancement office functions.
Administrative Support includes:
-Track and reconcile budget expenditures with the business office
-Maintain legal documents, department files and annual calendar
-Manage all gift processing: entering donor data, credit card processing, online deposits, matching gift processing, donation acknowledgments, etc.
-Create donor data reports and conduct periodic database clean-up
-Manage follow-up communications with donors via phone and email
