What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resource Teacher position at Archdiocese of Indianapolis?
St. Luke Catholic School, located on the northside of Indianapolis, is seeking a passionate special education/resource teacher, specifically for Grades 7-8. This position collaborates closely with classroom teachers to ensure seamless integration and student progress and is responsible for providing individualized support both through push-in to the classroom and push-out in a dedicated resource room for students with learning accommodations. Experience with developing tailored learning plans and delivering individualized and small group instruction is expected; a special education is not required. A commitment to our mission of a Catholic School and faith formation is required. Additional duties, such as carpool and/or lunch/recess, may be assigned.
