Now Hiring: Managing Director for Dodge East Pastoral Unit (Parishes of Sacred Heart, St. Mary Mayville, St. Mary Lomira, and Sons of Zebedee)
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Managing Director to join our team! In this full-time, exempt position, you'll serve as a key staff member reporting directly to the Pastor, overseeing operations and ensuring smooth administrative functions for our Pastoral Unit. Your responsibilities will include managing financial, human resources, communications, IT, facilities, and more, all while supporting our Catholic mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise office staff and manage daily operations
- Coordinate with ministry leaders and staff for efficient communication and collaboration
- Oversee financial operations, budgeting, and compliance with Archdiocese policies
- Manage facilities, building maintenance, and staff compensation
- Lead stewardship activities and promote discipleship and generosity
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience in Finance, HR, and Property Management
- Excellent collaboration skills, in a team setting to develop and implement long-range, strategic goals that align with the mission and vision of the Dodge East Pastoral Unit.
- Practicing Catholic preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain high ethical standards
