JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position is 19 hours a week. The hours are flexible and depend upon workload.
- Responsible for the marketing and public relations activities of all school and Child Care programs through website development, social media, and local/regional news platforms.
- Oversee enrollment management and retention processes of the Education Center. Provide tours for prospective families interested in our kindergarten through eighth grade classes. Facilitate Shadow Days for transfer students and families.
- Offer exit interviews with families that leave the school.
- Prepare grant proposals for the needs of the Education Center.
- Administer the Education Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program and TuitionCare program. Enhance the programs by soliciting potential donors through education and cultivation activities.
- Support Home & School activities and eighth grade graduation activities.
- Assist the school with the yearbook. Serve on School Advisory Board, and Chair Parent Ambassadors.
