Within the context of the tradition and charism of the Sisters of Mercy, supportive of the Mission and Values of Mercy High School and Catholic Church teachings and doctrine, the Annual Fund and Planned Giving Manager reports to the Director of Mission Advancement and is an essential member of the Advancement Team. This position is responsible to develop and implement a comprehensive, metrics-driven annual giving plan, drive long-term donor cultivation and stewardship, grow revenue from various constituencies, and lead targeted fundraising initiatives. The Annual and Planned Giving Manager will collaborate closely with the Director of Mission Advancement, the advancement team, and key leadership to coordinate a comprehensive fundraising plan each year providing short-term and long-term vision to this essential development function. This position plans and manages all aspects of the Annual Giving program which is foundational for advancing the school’s mission.
The Annual and Planned Giving Manager is a member of the Advancement Team and works directly and collaboratively with members of this team, assisting with events and initiatives as needed, in support of departmental goals.
