JOB DESCRIPTION:
St. Timothy Catholic School is a TK-8 Roman Catholic elementary school located in San Mateo, CA.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
? Minimum of a 4-year undergraduate degree, advanced degree desired
? Valid California multiple subject credential preferred
? Experience and passion for teaching middle school age students
? Desire to embrace the Catholic ethos of the school and promote the Catholic spiritual
development of students
? Strong unit, lesson, and assessment planning abilities aligned with Mathematics/Science for
Middle School (6th - 8th grades).
? Knowledge of differentiated instruction and working with students with diverse learning needs
? Ability to innovatively integrate technology into instruction on a daily basis
? Strong classroom management skills
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Sense of humor and willingness to be flexible and supportive of the overall school program
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Salary commensurate with the Archdiocese of San Francisco Elementary Salary Scale; medical/dental
benefits eligible; $54,500-$104,931 (full-time position).
